How to delete your account
You can delete your Carspot account at any time directly from the app or by contacting us.
Option 1: From the app
- Open Carspot and go to your profile
- Tap on Settings (gear icon)
- Go to "My Account"
- Tap "Delete my account"
- Confirm the deletion
Option 2: By email
Send an email to the address below with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Carspot account.
What data is deleted?
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile (username, avatar, bio)
- Your car spots and photos
- Your collections and badges
- Your likes, comments, and follows
- Your preferences and settings
Processing time
Account deletion from the app is immediate. Email requests are processed within 48 hours.
